David Harris, CFA, CFP
President, Fiera Capital Foundation
Investment Counsellor, Private Wealth
David Harris joined Fiera Capital in October 2020 and is currently an Investment Counsellor for the Private Wealth group. He holds the CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations and is currently working towards completing his MBA (Master of Business Administration) through Ivey Business School. His areas of expertise are in financial planning and investment analysis for high-net-worth clients.
Mr. Harris began his career in the investment management industry at Scotia Wealth Management in 2015 and also worked as an Investment Advisor at Cumberland Private Wealth prior to joining Fiera Capital.
Mr. Harris serves as President of the Fiera Capital Foundation and previously held the role of Investment Counsellor for the Foundation's Donor Advised Funds. He also volunteers as a member of the St. Michael's Hospital's Young Leaders, actively contributing to fundraising and raising awareness for the cause.

Harvey McKernon, CIMA, CIM
Senior Vice President, Investment Counsellor and Head of Private Wealth Alberta
Harvey McKernon joined Fiera Capital in 2012 following its acquisition of Canadian Wealth Management (CWM), which he joined in 2009 as Senior Vice President. Currently, as Senior Vice President, Investment Counsellor and Head of Private Wealth Alberta, he is responsible for discretionary investment management and counselling private clients on wealth preservation, estate transfer and succession. He also leads the Calgary office and oversees business development for Private Wealth across Alberta. Mr. McKernon has over 25 years of industry experience, having started his career in 1994 as a Financial Advisor at Manulife Securities in Calgary then moving on to Franklin Templeton as Vice President and Private Wealth Counsellor.
Mr. McKernon stays active in his community; he is on the board of Pheasants Forever and is a volunteer with the Calgary Stampede Courtesy Car Committee. Mr. McKernon is a graduate of the University of Calgary (B.A., 1993). He obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation in 2004 and became a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) in 2010.
Rodrigue Lussier, CFA, FSA, FCIA
Vice President, Investment Counsellor
Rodrigue Lussier joined Fiera Capital in 2010 as Associate Chief Investment Officer, Private Wealth, where his responsibilities included the establishment and review of clients’ investment policy statements. He now oversees the management of Private Wealth client portfolios.
Mr. Lussier’s career in the investment industry spans over 25 years. He started his career as an Asset Consultant and Actuary at Towers Perrin. In 1994, Mr. Lussier joined TAL Global Asset Management as Vice President, Investment Management and moved on to Chief Investment Officer of TAL Private Management Ltd. He also held management positions at a major public institutional investor before joining Fiera Capital.
Mr. Lussier has a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval, Québec and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Mr. Lussier is involved in his community. He is a Board member of Arthritis Research Canada where he acts as the Finance chair as well as a Board member of ENSEMBLE for the respect of diversity. He is also a past President of CFA Montreal.
Joshua Mosko, MBA, CIM
Vice President, Investment Counsellor
Joshua Mosko joined Fiera Capital in 2018 and is currently Vice President, Investment Counsellor.
Mr. Mosko is a registered Portfolio Manager and has 10 years of experience in the investment industry, which includes previous investment counselling and wealth management roles at Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc. and Altus Securities Inc.
Mr. Mosko received an Honours Business Administration degree, with distinction, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree, with distinction and Dean’s List Honours, from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Mr. Mosko has earned his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation. Prior to his experience in the investment industry, Mr. Mosko also spent a number of years with Mercer Canada Ltd. as a Management Consultant.

Adam Shapiro CPA, CA, CFP, CLU, TEP
Partner, Chronicle Wealth
As an estate and succession planner for over two decades, Adam Shapiro’s mission has been relentless: to work with wealthy families in order to help identify and provide elegant solutions to their sophisticated problems.
Adam’s ability to provide exceptionally proficient counsel is based on the broadest professional perspective including valuable experience in virtually every seat at the table – earned by practicing as a “Big 4” Chartered Accountant where he specialized in tax, succession planning and family estate planning. Adam has also developed a deep background in strategic insurance planning, wealth management and family enterprise advising through industry positions, continued education and focused practice during his career.
A frequent speaker and writer on tax, estates, trusts, insurance and financial planning, Adam’s media work includes articles in the Canadian Tax Journal, CA Magazine, The Globe and Mail and Step Inside, plus appearances on Report on Business Television.
An active community fundraiser, in support of Baycrest, Adam has helped raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s and brain related disorders. Skiing, travel and other active pursuits stimulate Adam when he is away from the office. The best times always include his wife Lani and three beautiful children, Maya, Leila and Jonah.
Deborah Turnbull
President, Global Bridges Canada Inc.
Deborah Turnbull is President of Global Bridges Canada Inc. and has a B.Sc., M.Sc. and an Honourary Doctorate of Science. She has been the Chair of the Board of the Canadian and African Business Women’s Alliance (CAABWA) since 2000, a NGO she founded. Ms. Turnbull has worked in international development for 40 years and has undertaken hundreds of development projects in more than 60 developing countries and countries in transition. Since 1998, Ms. Turnbull has taught a number of courses to undergraduate students enrolled in the International Development Studies program at the University of Toronto at Scarborough. She has or is on the board of a number of Canadian and International NGOs working in developing countries and in community development in Canada.
Eric Brat
Associate Professor, HEC Montreal
Acting Director, The Rossy Foundation
Currently Associate Professor at HEC Montreal and acting Executive Director of The Rossy Foundation, Eric also advises mission-driven organizations in Montreal.
Previously, Eric was a Senior Partner & Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group, founding its Montreal office as well as a member of the global leadership team of the Insurance practice for more than 10 years.
Earlier in his career, Eric was a Vice President at Oliver Wyman as well as an Associate Partner at Accenture located at their Paris office.
Eric is a board member of the College International Marie de France in Montreal. He is a member of the executive committee of the Canada Belgian Committee. He previously sat on the supervisory board of Aspen Institute France and advised the Fondation de France, the leading donor sponsored hosting foundation in France.
A Belgian and Canadian citizen, Eric is a graduate of Ecole de Commerce Solvay at the University of Brussels, holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ruth M. Spetz QC, TEP, FEA, ICD.D
Partner, BLG
Ruth is a partner at BLG and practises in the areas of tax, trusts, estates, family enterprise planning, charities and not-for-profits.
She advises private clients, trusts, family offices, closely held corporations and foundations and serves as a director and trustee of private client interests.
Ruth has completed the Canadian Bar Association’s Tax Law Course, the Chartered Professional Accountants In-Depth Tax Program, and the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Education Program.
She also holds the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ TEP, the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and the Institute of Corporate Directors’ ICD.D designations.
